This blog is mostly a "I need to get fit and change my life so I'm healthier, now what can I do to achieve that?" type of blog with a splash of motivation and encouragement. It's all about being pro-active to change your life- there's no need to just sit there and look at pictures of super skinny or super fit people and wish you were like them- you can do something about that and BECOME one of them!
